One of our Client has an immediate requirement for “Global Head: End user Computing”.

POSITION: Global Head – End user Computing

Manage global deployments/ upgrades of End User Computing environment.

Perform technology and vendor evaluations and analysis selection as well as ability to research and confidently recommend new technology solutions.

Develop solutions and implement those solutions on time and to budget.

Head the Global End User Computing practice, Compete In charge of Operations, Delivery , SLA , Evaluation and People Management.

@ 10 Yrs of relevant experience in End User Computing with valid H1B visa .

Good knowledge and exposure on Consolidation and Integration of Delivery Centres for End User Computing Towers.

Global delivery experience in End User Computing technologies.

Experience in managing global deployments/ upgrades of End User Computing environment.

Demonstrated experience in performing technology and vendor evaluations and analysis selection as well as ability to research and confidently recommend new technology solutions

Expert knowledge on current industry standards as well as emerging desktop industry trends, products and tools.

Proven ability to work with customers to define requirements, develop solutions and implement those solutions on time and to budget.

Possesses experience in the overall responsibility for structuring a project, performing the detailed planning, and managing project execution

Experience with recruiting, training, mentoring, team building and team management

Good knowledge and exposure in Transition Management for a stable Steady State Operations by adopting proper transition methodologies including consolidation and integration

Service Improvement Plan as a part of transformation initiatives by consolidation and integration based on solution for better SLA management, cost benefit etc by ensuring continuity of service

Focus on Process Standardization and Process Optimization starting with IT Service Desk. Deployment of process through ITIL framework to ensure availability of matured helpdesk in a complex environment with necessary Business Continuity Plan

Through ITIL Based Operation frame work, Integrated Trouble ticketing system and Knowledge Management tools, improvement in operation parameters which has benefited the delivery with Increased Service Levels, Manpower Optimization

Implemented Process of ITIL frame work for Incident Management, problem Management, Change Management

Solution for RFP from delivery perspective.

Strong People Management- , Mentoring, Coaching, Training (technical, Soft skill, Quality, Leadership,Transition methodologies, people Management for Leads/ Managers, Voice and Accent), Career Rotation Plan, Team Building, Group Dynamics

Strong operational Approach – Business Continuity Plan, Escalation management, Team management, High up time/ Availability , Transformation, Project Management , Vendor Management
