POSITION : SAP – VP / DIRECTOR
Manage a team of Program Managers / Project / Development Managers especially in the ERP space (SAP) .
Enterprise Applications Practice Management, Program Management / Product Development and Integration / Consulting Experience / Competency Management.
Build high caliber productive engineering teams, Delivery of technology solutions within Global Distributed Delivery models, Continuous process improvements, Defining Core Strategy, Setting up Alliances & Partnerships, Defining Service Offering on Global Outsourcing, Business Management.
Identifying and leading new innovative partnering opportunities and initiatives
Supporting the evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities
Managing the global relationships with most strategic partners including incubating and growing partnership investments

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Bachelor's degree in, Engineering or Computer Science required & a MBA from a top-tier institution preferred(IIMs or any B School only).

Extensive experience in IT industry including Global Relationship Management, Program Management, and Solutioning, SAP consulting and People Management .
High potential individual capable of leading the organization at an executive level.
Significant SAP experience (15+ years), preferably with a major international high technology corporation, software company or strategic consulting firm.
At least 2 years in business development or strategic planning role and assignment to strategic global projects and business development responsibilities needed.
Good understanding of the Indian IT industry in terms of -- changing market dynamics, companies, etc.
SAP solution knowledge mandatory.
Proven experience in Innovation and Strategic thinking such as - New processes, new tools/products, new ideas in team management etc..
Proven experience with establishing structured and well defined processes such as -- hiring, project execution, quarterly measurement
Can articulate ideas, argue and convince at a C-level -- presenting Operations reviews for the team, forecasting and budgeting Headcount, managing to changing demand and supply situations.
Well-rounded understanding of business, partner and project management practices, contract and IP Management, deal shaping tactics

POSITION :head facility / facility manager-head

Responsibilities
Budgeting exercises as per annual business plans. Develop forecasts and thereof budgets for the next year in tandem with GFM and finally be responsible for getting approvals.
Space management and control. All internal interfaces within the company with HR, Shared Services and the LoBs.
Physical Security and compliance with company policy(s).
Real Estate matters with respect to Land Lords and all interfaces – Governmental and other statutory aspects related to all Facilities.
Maintaining and Controlling existing lease contracts; executing new contracts and manage all internal interfaces (Legal, Purchase, Finance and controlling, MD’s Office etc) within the company.
Ensure all compliance related matters for units under taxation obligation in collaboration with F&A .
Ensure that the Facility is compliant from all aspects – rented and owned and any deviations are approved
Conduct periodical safety and security internal audits and develop a system for annual / bi-annual external audits.
Asset management; Preventive Maintenance and control.


Educational Qualifications, Skills and Competencies

Graduate in Engineering; Architecture; Business Management with technical exposure at Graduate level with at least 10 – 15+ years experience in a large organization (MNC) in a similar role
