SRM Solution / Product Manager Req : ERP Product based Company (BNGLR - Location)

Dear Consultants,

One of our clients (ERP Global Product Based Company) has an immediate requirement for SRM SOLUTION MANAGER / PRODUCT MANAGER for their Bangalore location.

Title: Solution ManageR / PRODUCT MANAGER - SRM

Objective: The Solution Management Team for Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) is tasked with effectively defining solutions for market demands while working closely with the development organization. The main responsibilities include Product Definition in close cooperation with the solution marketing team, Roll-In with customers and prospects and interfacing with analysts to define best of class products. The team is also responsible for the entire product lifecycle of a solution / product including alignment of technologies with customer demands, Roll-Out and roadmap definition.
The team is looking for a highly talented, passionate and driven individual, with a can-do attitude, that has demonstrated leadership and vision in the past to help create, enhance, and support an effective, best-of-breed solution around the sourcing / procurement topics.

Position Responsibilities:

• Application Focus Area: Drive and own specific topic areas within the mySAP SRM solution. SRM modules include Operational Procurement, MDM Catalog, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management
• Overall Responsibilities: Design, evaluate, and direct the SAP solutions from product planning through production and release in a multi national and globally distributed team setup. Provide leadership for securing market success of the SAP solutions
• Roll-in Execution: Obtain, evaluate, and prioritize market and customer feedback for product enhancements through customer workshops, customer council meetings, CPO gatherings, and other roll-in events. Provide and negotiate product requirement documents to development teams and UI design teams for implementation. Identify and drive product gaps and new opportunities based on cost/benefit analysis and thorough business case justification. Screen and evaluate customer Development Requests.
• Product Definition: Drive and monitor the product vision and positioning as the SAP solutions evolve through the releases. Participate in top-down release planning, including business case evaluation, portfolio planning, and investment bucket evaluation. Own the product requirements and drive resource planning. Serve as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing. Author Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) and conduct specification reviews. Provide input for Software Designs and UI Design. Assist with test case authoring and execution.
• Roll-out Execution: Plan and manage Go-To-Market strategy. Plan the sales support and ensure their success going forward. Create and present Delta, Level 2, and Level 3 documentation. Conduct ramp-up Knowledge transfer, Live Expert Sessions, and other internal and external roll-out sessions. Support customer events and user group meetings.
• Solution Knowledge Expert: Become the spokesperson for the product by representing the Solution to the market including analysts, tradeshows, business conferences, user groups and other events. Function as the central resource within international teams such as field (sales), marketing, design, development, and quality management as well as international prospects and clients. Support customer engagements. Author and review business articles and white papers for internal and external publications.

Basic Qualifications:
A minimum of 7 + years of Professional experience, with atleast 3 years experience in product management, development, and or consulting of procurement applications. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required in a business or technically-related discipline. Advanced degree preferred.

Sharepoint Lead : Shortterm onsite Oppurtunity

Dear Consultants,

We have an immediate requirement for Tech Lead / Team Lead / Sr.Developers who has hands on experience in customizing ‘Sharepoint portal’ and has good domain expertise in ‘Health Care’. Please find the particulars ;

Requirements:

Primary skillet: Client Server - Java, .net, VB, Java Scripting, Sharepoint Portal customization.
Domain Expertise: Health Insurance knowledge (US) / Financial insurance knowledge.
A thorough understanding and experience in all phases of an SDLC.
Involved in complete Software Lifecycle process (SDLC), which includes Specifications gathering, Analysis and Reviewing, Designing, Development and Testing,
Analyzed, gathered and developed business requirements and specifications for the product.
Experience in working with Third Party Automation of Tools. (custom building automation tools).

Role: Tech Lead. / Team Lead - (Develop and Lead a 5-6 member team)

Job Location: US - (Michigan) for 2 Months and the Rest in Chennai

Visa Details: Valid B1 / H1 preferred

Objective: The initial two to three months training will be imparted for a New Product (Open Connect ) in US and using that product as a Shell, we will be building a process that automates Keystrokes for edits and data entry. Once the training is over, you will be responsible to build a team of Testers and train them on Open Connect in Chennai Location. The team has to build RAD tools in a SharePoint (MS) environment
